About The Position

ABC is hiring part-time seasonal Team Members for its 2026 holiday season, which begins in October 2026 and continues through January 7, 2027. Team Members help make everyday celebrations better by creating gift baskets, keeping stores clean, stocking shelves, and providing enthusiastic guest service. Work is onsite, with flexible scheduling and shifts that may occur in the morning, daytime, or evening any day Monday through Sunday. Shifts are usually scheduled between 11 AM–7 PM, 12 PM–8 PM, and/or 3 PM–10 PM.

The role offers competitive pay and team member discounts. Team Members who work all assigned holiday shifts—including the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve—are eligible for a one-time $300 bonus in addition to hourly compensation. The bonus is prorated for employees who start after the season begins and earned bonuses are distributed in January 2027. Ongoing employment beyond the holiday season may be possible.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be available part-time, including weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and follow the ABC dress code and policies.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Be flexible in daily job tasks.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
• Pass the company-issued background screening before hire.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests.
• Greet and assist guests, answer questions, recommend products, and locate items in-store or at a nearby ABC location.
• Help guests carry purchases to their vehicles.
• Create gift baskets, wrapping them with attention to detail and creativity.
• Operate a point-of-sale terminal to process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts; training is provided.
• Unload delivery trucks as needed, depending on the schedule.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Keep the store clean by breaking down boxes, removing light trash, sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms clean and supplied.
• Deliver products to guests' cars in curbside pickup parking spots as needed.
• Arrive on time and ready to work assigned shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
