About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring seasonal Team Members for the summer season. Team Members help create a welcoming, positive guest experience and promote the company as brand ambassadors. They support the quality of food and beverages served and help maintain a safe, clean bakery environment. The role offers a flexible schedule and work that ends by 3 p.m.; stores are described as closing at 2 p.m. Schedules and hours vary according to operational requirements and business needs. Employment is contingent on business needs and performance. Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
