About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, or support behind-the-scenes activities. You’ll work with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business. The posting describes opportunities across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
