About The Position
As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes activities. You’ll work with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business. - Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
- Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support store operations, including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
- Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
- Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
- Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols; support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
