About The Position

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll work with the team to meet store goals, foster customer loyalty, and build repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, incorporate feedback, build skills, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
