About The Position

Krispy Kreme is hiring seasonal Team Members to help provide friendly, efficient service and maintain a well-kept store during peak seasons. This entry-level role requires no previous experience and is suited to someone motivated to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team Members help make customer experiences special by completing orders, handling payments, keeping products stocked and fresh, and maintaining the shop’s appearance. The role requires open availability and flexibility to work any shift.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and help foster a welcoming culture where customers’ identities are valued.
Take and complete orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Accept payment for products and provide the correct change.
Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
Restock products to ensure freshness.
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop.
