About The Position

As a Seasonal Team Member, you will help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience. You may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, and support behind-the-scenes activities. The role contributes to store goals, customer loyalty, and repeat business through teamwork and reliable service.

Comfort using technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing a welcoming environment and personalized service.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, apply feedback, and continuously build skills.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Build positive connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols while supporting shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
