About The Position

Seasonal team members support excellent customer service, sales, and store operations to create a positive shopping experience. They may assist customers on the sales floor, process transactions, or support behind-the-scenes activities. The position contributes to store goals, customer loyalty, and repeat business while working collaboratively with the store team. The employer is hiring full-time, part-time, and flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and other areas.

• Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers, providing a welcoming environment and personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support store operations, including fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotional sets, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, incorporate feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
