About The Position

Cornerstone Brands has seasonal openings for Team Members and Equipment Operators at its fulfillment center in West Chester, Ohio. The role involves processing customer orders, checking quality and accuracy, resolving inventory or processing issues through management, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Experience is welcome but not required; ongoing training and a collaborative, performance-focused environment are offered. The position is onsite at the West Chester fulfillment center. Seasonal full-time schedules are available on first and third shifts, and seasonal part-time schedules are available on first shift. Schedules are fixed, with overtime added based on business needs; part-time schedules offer flexibility. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with differential pay for third-shift work. Relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

0–6 months of experience in a distribution or fulfillment center environment; experience is not necessary.
Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
Ability to work as part of a team and in other areas of the operation as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the position's performance standards.

Responsibilities

Pick and process orders for shipment to customers.
Quality-check work to ensure the correct SKU, color, size, and quantity.
Meet accuracy and performance requirements.
Identify inventory and processing issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution.
Complete profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as directed by CSI Management.
