About The Position

Cornerstone Brands has seasonal openings for Team Members and Equipment Operators at its West Chester, Ohio fulfillment center. The position offers ongoing training and a collaborative, performance-focused environment; prior experience is welcome but not necessary. The job is onsite at the fulfillment center, and relocation assistance is not available. Open schedules include seasonal full-time positions on first and third shifts, with various fixed schedules and overtime added based on business needs, as well as seasonal part-time positions on first shift, with various fixed schedules and flexibility. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with differential pay if working third shift.

Requirements

0–6 months of experience in a distribution or fulfillment center environment.
Ability to walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
Ability and willingness to work in other areas of the operation as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the position's performance standards.

Responsibilities

Pick and process orders for shipment to customers.
Quality-check work to ensure the correct SKU, color, size, and quantity.
Meet accuracy and performance requirements.
Identify inventory and processing issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution.
Complete profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms properly.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as directed by CSI Management.
