About The Position
Cornerstone Brands has immediate Seasonal Team Member and Equipment Operator openings in our West Chester, OH fulfillment center! This is a great opportunity to join a strong team that offers ongoing training and a collaborative, performance-focused environment. Experience is welcome but not necessary!
Requirements
- 0-6 months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
- This position requires walking, standing, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- You will be available to work flexible hours such as overtime, and weekends
- Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
Responsibilities
- Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
- Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size and quantity
- Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
- Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
- Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- All other duties as directed by CSI Management.
