About The Position
McGrath Chevyland is hosting an in-person Sales Consultant Hiring Event in Cedar Rapids. This event is an opportunity to meet directly with members of the McGrath team, learn more about a career in automotive sales, and interview for current Sales Consultant opportunities. Previous automotive sales experience is not required; the company is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to build a successful career. Transferable skills from previous roles in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, wireless sales, inside/outside sales, or other people-focused roles are encouraged. The event is designed to assess potential, personality, and transferable skills rather than solely relying on prior experience.
