About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is hiring entry-level Seasonal Tax Preparers to work from kiosks inside Walmart. No prior tax experience is required; training is provided. The role involves engaging with shoppers and Walmart team members, preparing taxes and answering client questions, and using basic computer skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Employees work independently while receiving support from leadership and experienced tax professionals. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage Walmart shoppers and team members to promote tax preparation services.
• Meet one-on-one with clients to prepare their taxes and answer questions from walk-in customers.
• Complete tax preparation training and maintain a willingness to learn.
• Use computer systems to support tax preparation work.
