About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is hiring seasonal, entry-level Tax Preparers to work at a kiosk inside Walmart. The role welcomes applicants without tax experience and provides training. Tax Preparers engage Walmart shoppers and team members, meet one-on-one with clients to help them with their taxes, and answer questions from walk-in customers. They use basic computer skills to work with the company’s systems in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers full-time and part-time options, flexible scheduling, and performance-based bonus opportunities. PTIN certification is required.
