About The Position

Join Jackson Hewitt at one of our convenient tax preparation kiosks inside Walmart! We're looking for friendly, outgoing, self-motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and working independently. No tax experience? No problem! We provide free training and ongoing support to help you succeed. As a Jackson Hewitt Tax Preparer, you'll prepare accurate tax returns using our proprietary software, assist clients, and proactively engage with Walmart shoppers to build relationships and grow your business.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging Walmart shoppers
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to complete required tax preparation training
• A valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) is required before preparing returns. We'll help you through the application process!
