About The Position

The Seasonal Task Associate supports operational excellence and sales by keeping merchandise fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on operational performance, teammates and guests, and adherence to processes and compliance standards. It requires attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures. The associate completes shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets and resets, inventory counts and procedures, planograms, and marketing displays. They keep assigned areas replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available; maintain cleanliness throughout the store; and protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service. The role also contributes to an inclusive environment, participates in ongoing training, and follows company policies, standards, and dress code. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. Work involves continuous mobility and object handling, frequent standing and other physical movements, and lifting, carrying, or moving up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

Proficient with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma.
One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by completing tasks as planned and ensuring product is available for purchase.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
Participate regularly in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness, including the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
Complete other operational tasks as directed.
