About The Position

The Seasonal Task Associate (STA) supports operational excellence and store sales by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, with attention to operational performance, teammates and guests, and compliance with processes and procedures. The associate helps ensure merchandise and products are available for purchase and contributes to an exceptional experience for Ulta Beauty guests.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Proficiency with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma.
One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Execute assigned tasks as planned to help meet or exceed store retail goals and keep products available for purchase.
Meet task dashboard compliance and execution goals and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and inventory procedures.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness across the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
Complete other operational tasks as directed.
