Seasonal Task Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Task Associate supports operational excellence at Ulta Beauty by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures. The associate contributes to sales goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for purchase, and supports an inclusive environment for teammates and guests. The role involves shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory procedures, resets, planograms, marketing displays, and maintaining clean and orderly store areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Ensure tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase to support store retail goals.
- Meet task dashboard compliance and execution goals and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
- Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
- Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
- Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty technology and best practices.
- Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness in the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
- Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
- Complete other operational tasks as directed.
