About The Position

As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting holiday hiring by generating applicant traffic and building strong candidate pipelines for hourly store positions in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will connect with candidates, promote opportunities, and help ensure a consistent, welcoming experience rooted in genuine hospitality. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members, you will help drive hiring outcomes by identifying and engaging talent efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care throughout the candidate journey. This role helps power a successful seasonal hiring experience by ensuring we have a steady pipeline of qualified candidates ready to meet hiring demand. By proactively sourcing talent and creating meaningful connections, you will help our teams fill critical roles quickly while delivering a positive and engaging experience that reflects our brand.

Requirements

  • Schedule flexibility with availability to work day and mid-day shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and team members clearly and professionally.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to build, manage, and maintain a candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy while following hiring guidelines and processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
  • Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities during peak hiring periods.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, customer service, or high-volume hiring support.

Responsibilities

  • Generate candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, outreach, and talent attraction strategies for hourly store roles.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition screening and interviewing teams and hiring leaders to align sourcing efforts with hiring needs.
