Requirements

• Eligibility Attendance - TM must have 8 or below attendance points AND no more than a Written Warning 2 in the last 6 months
• Variance - TM must have 7 or below variance points AND no more than a Final Written Warning in the last 6 months
• Behavioral - No more than a Final Written Warning level discipline in the last 6 months
• Probationary Status - TM must have passed or be within 75% Through probation during application/ selection and must have passed probation as of start date of role
• Leadership - No removal from lead role in the last 6 months
• Must be current USH Team Member
• Must have full open availability

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Specific operational responsibilities per the needs of Moulin Rouge and the VIP Lounge
• Assist VIP Hospitality Manager with managing venue staff, maintenance & cleanliness of both VIP venues, daily food orders, and daily service in both venues
• Assist with tracking inventory & replacement, addressing special circumstances (weather, special events, etc.)
• Work closely and efficiently with other park operating departments
• Ensure that any incidents, injuries, or discipline issues are resolved and reported appropriately
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities by following established USH policy, procedures, and training
• Performs other duties as assigned
