About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand on the sales floor, helps customers through personalized conversation and product knowledge, and supports an engaging omnichannel store experience. The Stylist collaborates with the team, participates in learning and sharing product knowledge and trends, and maintains visual and operational standards while supporting shipment, safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate conversation and share advice and product knowledge with customers in a personalized, genuine way throughout the store.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, supporting an omnichannel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process and build awareness of new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards and inventory-accuracy practices, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
