About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine experience. The role represents the Free People brand, supports customers with personalized advice and product knowledge, and helps maintain the store’s visual and operational standards. Seasonal Stylists collaborate with peers and leadership, participate in store initiatives and learning, and support shipment and other store operations.

Requirements

Love for the Free People brand.
Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand and company values on the sales floor, maintaining an energized pace.
Initiate conversations with customers and share advice and product knowledge in a personalized, genuine way across store zones.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, supporting an omnichannel customer experience.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer the focus.
Support the shipment process and build awareness of new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
