About The Position

A Seasonal Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine experience. The role represents the Free People brand, helps create an energized and personalized sales-floor experience, and supports customers with product knowledge and styling advice. The Stylist also collaborates with the team and helps maintain visual, operational, safety, and inventory standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
• Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized, genuine way throughout the store.
• Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers and enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective.
• Contribute to an inclusive, people-first environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Support the shipment process to learn about products, including new and reshipped items.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
