About The Position

As a seasonal sales associate/stylist, you will serve as a style ambassador for gorjana, wearing and showcasing the jewelry while creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers in a genuine and enthusiastic manner. You will bring brand awareness, product knowledge, and the art of layering to life through engaging customer experiences. This part-time seasonal position is expected to last through the peak holiday season. Flexible availability is sought for the Avalon location.

The role includes customer experience, sales, and operations. Compensation is an hourly wage of $19–$22 plus commission based on personal sales. Eligible employees may receive health benefits and paid time off accruals; eligibility qualifiers and waiting periods may apply.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
