Seasonal Store Manager (201-03)

Hickory Farms LLC•Kelso, WA
•$20 - $21•Onsite

About The Position

The Seasonal Store Manager, employed by Noor Staffing Group and representing Hickory Farms, leads the day-to-day operations and performance of one or more seasonal retail locations. The role is responsible for sales results, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and compliance with company and operational standards. The manager leads by example, builds a high-performing sales team, and delivers customer experiences that reflect the Hickory Farms brand. The schedule is based on business needs. Following Thanksgiving, managers are expected to work at least 32 hours per week when sales volume supports the additional labor expense, with additional hours as needed for successful store operations. The manager must be available for any required shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to travel to the store on short notice. Local travel to other locations may also be required. This is a seasonal role in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment, primarily in a mall. It involves extended standing, frequent movement and customer interaction, and occasional exposure to weather and hot or cold temperatures during restocking and freezer access. Pay is $19.50–$21.00 per hour. Seasonal employees are not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by law; they receive a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products.
