Requirements
- Ability to work with a diverse, inclusive, hands-on, collaborative team.
- Passion for the outdoors.

- Skills include personal integrity, awareness, customer focus, initiative, teamwork, and the ability to develop oneself and others.

- Ability to lift 50 lb. and walk 10,000 steps per day.
- Open availability to work Saturdays or Sundays.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts between Monday and Friday, 7:00 am and 9:00 pm is a bonus.

- Product knowledge in camping, cycling, packs, or any other outdoor activity.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service by matching individuals with suitable gear.
- Share real-world experience and product knowledge with members.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Support other team members.
- Organize inventory and ensure members receive the products they need.
- Promote MEC events and services.
- Learn about new products, technology, and sustainability features.
- Help more people get active outdoors by assisting with planning for various outdoor activities.
