About The Position

The B-Helpful Professional is a highly energetic and engaged go-to resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role helps create an easy and enjoyable shopping experience through speed, attention to detail, collaboration, and teamwork. The associate manages an in-store service hub, assisting customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, processing easy returns, providing tourism information, and facilitating appointments for in-store services.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods; reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop; use computers and other technology; process register transactions; and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
