We’re looking for an enthusiastic, guest‑driven Server to join our team for an exciting seasonal opportunity! Requirements

  • Prior bartending/serving experience required.
  • Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests.
  • Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
  • Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.
  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the pool area
  • Adhere to standards set forth by management and company
  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the pool daily
  • Guide guests through descriptive selling of the menu
  • Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
  • Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
  • Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
  • Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits and supplies
  • Ability to learn and follow proper steps of service for all guests’ interactions
  • Ability to work alone and in a team to include serving, bussing, running, general cleaning and special projects as assigned by management
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
  • Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control.
  • Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest
  • Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank and all other duties as assigned.
