This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience
Minimum one year of serving experience required
Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries
Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions
Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items
Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language
Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment
Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Cash-handling experience preferred
Serving experience with a sense of urgency and accuracy
Food delivery experience desired

Responsibilities

Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service
Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions
Performs food-handling and service duties
Answers questions relating to all F&B products
Serving guests in pool areas, indoors in the restaurant, and completing multiple deliveries of food orders throughout the property
Any other tasks that may be assigned
