About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You engage with customers, support sales goals, offer product knowledge and fashion advice, and help maintain the store. The role calls for an engaging, thoughtful, and positive team member who enjoys meeting people and helping them feel good about their personal style.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Consider customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
