About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time seasonal Retail Sales Associate to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. The role supports the store’s continued growth in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. Associates help customers, contribute to store upkeep, and participate in the day-to-day work of the store. The position is based in Bakersfield, California, at the Niles location, and pays $16.90 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
Have open availability during weekends.
Be fun, outgoing, and interested in fashion, trends, or shoes.
Have a desire to work hard and be successful.
Be self-motivated, a strong communicator, and able to adapt skills to diverse situations.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work well as a team member.
