About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Associates help maintain a clean, neat, and organized store and may run around and climb ladders as part of their work. The position is based in Bakersfield, California, at the Niles location.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, driven, and willing to work hard.
• Communicate comfortably with a variety of people.
