About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create and maximize sales while delivering a positive customer experience in a team-oriented store environment. Team members help customers, support store operations, and contribute to the company’s continued growth. The work environment is described as exciting, entrepreneurial, and varied, with team members pitching in as needed.

This is a seasonal, part-time role at the Southland location in Hayward, California. The stated pay range is $17.79 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and interested in fashion, shoes, or current trends.
• Be willing to work hard and driven to succeed.
• Have strong communication skills and be comfortable talking with people.
