About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling, teamwork and communication, and visual and business operations while maintaining a customer-focused store environment.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Provide Store Leadership with insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to store business.
Support shipment and omni order fulfillment processes, learn about new and restocked products, and help maintain sales-floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers and staying current on merchandising updates.
