About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role focuses on personalized customer engagement, supporting sales throughout the floor, using technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and contributing to teamwork and communication. The associate also supports shipment and omni order fulfillment, maintains floor stock, and upholds Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or affinity for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products; contribute to omni order fulfillment and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, stay current on merchandising updates, and keep the focus on the customer.
