About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves engaging customers, supporting sales across the floor, using technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and contributing to teamwork, product knowledge, visual standards, shipment processing, and omni order fulfillment.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processing to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.
