About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role includes engaging customers in a personalized way, supporting selling across the sales floor, using technology to complete transactions and locate or order products, and collaborating with coworkers. Associates also support shipment and omni order fulfillment, maintain floor stock, and uphold Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products.
Contribute to omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
