About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. The role supports the company’s continued growth in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. Team members are expected to be self-motivated, dynamic thinkers, outstanding communicators, and able to apply their skills to diverse situations. The position is seasonal and part-time, based at the Coronado location in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The posted pay range is $13.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and driven, with a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
