About The Position
Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Specialist to provide individualized customer service and sell wireless products and services. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and helping customers choose suitable devices and services. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, other devices, and wireless services to the general public while providing outstanding customer service.
- Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and through community involvement events.
- Contact current customers by phone to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and office and administrative duties.
- Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Learn customers’ needs and provide individualized service to equip them with appropriate wireless products and services.
