About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create an enjoyable customer experience and maximize sales in a team-oriented retail environment. Team members support the store’s day-to-day operations and contribute to Shoe Palace’s continued growth. The role is seasonal and part-time, based at the Mall del Norte location in Laredo, Texas, with a stated pay range of $10.00 per hour. The position is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Be able to run around and climb ladders as part of store work.
