About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking motivated, outgoing Retail Sales Associates to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. Team members help maintain a clean, neat, and organized store and support the company’s growth in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. The role involves selling shoes, moving around the store, and climbing ladders. The position is seasonal and part-time, with weekend availability required. The listed pay range is $10.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older, or 16 years or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
