About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Team members work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment, where daily tasks vary and associates are expected to pitch in as needed. The role involves engaging with customers, selling shoes, and helping maintain a clean, neat, and organized store. The posted pay range is $10.00 per hour. The position is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
Must have open availability during weekends.
Be fun, outgoing, and driven, with a desire to work hard and succeed.
Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
Work well as part of a team.
