About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves engaging customers in a personalized way, supporting sales across the sales floor, and using technology to complete transactions, find products, and place orders. Associates work collaboratively with peers, share product knowledge and styling insights, and contribute to a positive team environment. They also support shipment and omni order fulfillment processes, maintain floor stock, and uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support a selling environment throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, and help complete omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer in focus and staying current on merchandising updates.
