About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports customer engagement and selling, teamwork and communication, and visual and business operations. Associates help customers find products and place orders, share product knowledge and styling ideas, support shipment and omni order fulfillment, and maintain store standards while keeping the customer in focus.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in or affinity for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

• Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Support selling throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
• Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others.
• Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
• Share insights about the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to store business.
• Support shipment processes, learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
• Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, keep the focus on the customer, and stay current on merchandising updates.
