About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports personalized customer service, selling, teamwork, product knowledge, shipment and omni order fulfillment, and the store’s visual and operational standards. Associates use technology to complete transactions, locate products, and place orders for items unavailable in store, while keeping the focus on the customer.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
