Seasonal Sales Associate - Eastridge Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while helping customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience. The role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their personal style, providing fashion advice and product knowledge, and supporting sales goals. Associates also help with store operations and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment for customers and coworkers. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. It involves bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. The stated pay range is USD $18.50–$23.13 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage; term life insurance; paid vacation and holidays; and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise. Eligible store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the company’s selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice.
- Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
- Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
- Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
