About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate executes responsibilities to deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales growth. The role contributes to a welcoming store environment, uses product knowledge to understand guest needs and build emotional connections, and applies company selling strategies to maximize sales and customer loyalty. The associate supports team effectiveness and store operations while working toward Key Performance Indicator goals.

Requirements

High school completion or equivalent GED.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Proven experience in a retail environment; 1+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

Help create a welcoming store environment focused on an exceptional guest experience.
Use product knowledge to understand guest needs and make emotional connections.
Implement company selling strategies and build lasting customer relationships to maximize sales and enhance loyalty.
Promote guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain store appearance according to company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and cleanliness.
Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values.
Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities and follow company policies and the Code of Ethics.
Work toward achieving or exceeding KPI goals through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement.
