Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Seasonal Sales Associates support the customer experience across retail, rental, custom clothing, and omnichannel businesses at a store location. They build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, use selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals, and contribute to team sales goals. The role also includes helping with visual merchandising, store setup and projects, merchandise stock counts, and cashiering at the point of sale. Requirements
- Provide customer-focused service and deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Show a desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

- Conduct merchandise stock counts.
- Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
