About The Position

Little Words Project is seeking cheerful, people-oriented Seasonal Sales Associates to work in Boston during the holiday season. The role helps guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts while creating warm, personal, and memorable shopping experiences. Associates support sales goals, maintain an inviting sales floor, assist with store operations, and help bring the brand’s message of kindness and connection to life.

Responsibilities

Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts.
Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Process POS transactions accurately and answer guest questions.
Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through customer service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, and maintain festive displays.
Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling.
Help capture authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
Stay flexible and assist wherever needed during the holiday rush.
Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
