About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. The role is suited to motivated, outgoing, team-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service, shoes, fashion, and current trends. Team members work in a dynamic retail environment, contribute to keeping the store clean and organized, and pitch in as needed. The stated pay range is $10.00 per hour. The position is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 years or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and able to communicate comfortably with others.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work well as a team member.
